THIS DAY
This is the beginning of a new day.
I have been given this day to use as I will.
I can waste it or use it for good.
What I do today is important because,
I am exchanging a day out of my life for it.
When tomorrow comes, this day will be gone forever,
leaving in its place something that I have traded.
I want it to be gain not loss, good not evil, success not failure.
In order that I shall not forget the price I paid for it.
Because the future is just a whole string of todays.

You run on your own fuel; it comes from within you.

Only when we truly test ourselves on a daily basis will we begin to reach our potential. We must always have the courage to run towards the test--never away. We must test ourselves to failure. We must test our deep down limits. We must test ourselves past our limits. We must always rise again. Wrestling is about the test. Most people run from the greatests tests of courage. Be proud you are a wrestler.
