How Parents Can Help With the Program 
This is a list of ideas and ways our fans and parents can get involved.  We do need significant help with fundraising and fundraising ideas.
Summer Strength Training Day 1 

This is a program our wrestlers have used before.  It is designed as a four day a week program.  You will see tremendous growth if you stick to it.

Team and Individual Goals 
These are the team and individual goals that we will hold eachother and ourselves responsible to.  Coaches and athletes will commit to these goals so we can chase our championship performance.
Wrestling Pre-Season Checklist 
This is a list of steps that a wrestler must take to be eligible to beging practice on November 16th.
Wrestling Skin Evaluation Form 
This form must be correctly filled out by a doctor and marked NON-CONTAGIOUS for a wrestler to return to competition.
